Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility for Free Rent Offer:

  • The 2 months free rent offer applies only to tenants who sign a 12-month lease agreement at The Claremont.

  • The offer is not available for lease agreements shorter than 12 months.

• Application of Free Rent:

  • For a 12-month lease, free rent will be applied at the end of the second month.

  • The 2 months of free rent will be applied at the end of the second and twelfth months of the lease.

  • Rent for these months (the "Rent-Free Months") will be waived, and no payment will be required for those months.

  • The free rent will be applied in the manner specified above.

• Exclusions:

  • The offer applies only to rent and does not include other costs such as maintenance or additional services.

  • Free Rent will not be applied to any months other than the specified Rent-Free Months.

• Termination of Lease:

  • If the Residential Lease is terminated for any reason before the date of a Rent-Free Month, the Free Rent will no longer apply.

  • If the lease is terminated early, the remaining Rent-Free Months will not be honoured.

  • If a tenant enters into a new lease with the Rental Provider, the offer will not continue or renew.

• Offer Availability:

  • This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Rental Provider.
