Our dedicated onsite team is also here to help with any enquiries and provide maintenance on demand.

If you’re unhappy for any reason during your first 30 days at Haiku, end your lease early and only pay for the days you stayed.

At The Claremont, we offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6 - 36 months, catering to short and long term needs, while still enjoying providing the comfort of a fully furnished apartment. Our other properties have longer-term lease options from 1 - 3 years, if you need more stability.
