Rent is paid through the Resident App, which you'll be invited to set up when you sign your lease. Before your move-in date, you'll need to pay one month’s rent in advance. This streamlined process ensures a convenient and efficient way to manage your rental payments.

We engage an independent screening company to review the documentation to ensure transparency and equity.
